We’ve moved 4 times in 10 years & I have to say Golds Removals were by far & away the best we’ve experienced.

From timekeeping/excellent communication to handling all our furniture with great care – not a single scratch or scuff. Truly a team that treats your belongings like their own. Cliche, but it really was 'service with a smile'.

I am so happy with the service that I received from Golds removals. From the initial quote to unpacking everything at my new home, they were professional and nothing was too much trouble.

They were enthusiastic and worked with boundless energy for the whole day. Even when I changed my mind (a few times) about where heavy furniture should live, they obliged with smiles and patience!

Absolutely excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I used Gold Removals for the first time last year, and was pleasantly surprised how stress-free a move could be!  They are polite, highly efficient and professional.  I used their service this year again.  This time I was so impressed when they had cheerfully managed to lift heavy items, including a huge sofa,  to the 6thfloor without complaining!  I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Adam and Tom again for their hard work!  I would recommend your service to everyone! :) .

My husband and I used Golds Removals for packing and moving house this week, and I want to thank Adam and Tom wholeheartedly for their fantastic service. They were totally professional in their approach. They were easy to reach on the phone, visited our house in advance to assess the goods to be moved, and offered us a reasonable price. On the day, they were punctual, efficient and careful. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and everything was done with a smile. They took the hassle out of moving - highly recommended!

We went to the trouble of getting at least five quotes for our move. Golds came round the day after our enquiry to put together an accurate quote (beware of companies who guesstimate!)..Not only were they competitive on price but also incredibly straight forward to deal with. Their team of movers were punctual, polite, considerate of all our needs & requests at both ends of the move (including cheerfully lugging the washing machine & dryer back down the stairs when it wasn't compatible..)
Our belongings arrived undamaged and despite a number of flights of stairs to be descended / ascended on a very hot day, each and every one of the guys attended to our needs with a 'can-do' attitude. Their Director Adam trained with one of the biggest companies in London and has applied what he learnt to his own business. It shows..they come highly recommended! Thanks guys..

Tom and Adam provided an excellent service, from delivery of boxes prior, the move itself and collection of boxes after.

Very easy to contact to discuss aspects of the move, and flexible (had to add an addition address when our sofa didn't fit in the new property).

Price for the move came in under budget due to the fact they were so fast and moving the boxes! Allowed us to relax during the move and let them get on with it.

Would recommend!

Moving house is very stressful but Adam from Golds was great. He came to give a quote which was well within our budget then stayed in touch as we finalised a removal date. On the day, they arrived on time as planned and loaded the van quickly and professionally . Amazingly they fitted everything in including extras such as pictures and frames we originally weren't planning on taking. We moved from West London to the south coast and a few hours later we had arrived and everything was unpacked. Furniture and boxes were quickly placed where we wanted then. Nothing was damaged or broken. I would thoroughly recommend Golds for the sheer professionalism.
